WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?
Nutritional therapy uses evidence-based research to make diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations based on your health history, medical conditions, environment and lifestyle. It focuses on the prevention of illness and helps to unearth the root cause of your health concerns, rather than just treating the symptoms. It gives your body the tools it needs to heal and restore balance.

All of the systems in our body (e.g cardiovascular, digestive, immune) are interconnected and because of this I will never look at your symptoms in isolation; but you as a whole person.
